Villagers want to know what makes the difference in the lives of the believers.

The believers in a Mengen village received an invitation to come and teach God’s Word to another group.

The Mengens have been visiting different villages and passing out copies of Mark and Acts. The people were so excited about receiving the Scriptures that they took several days to read God’s Word and talk together about it.

But the deciding factor in asking the Mengen believers to come teach is the difference the people observed in their lives after they trusted Christ.

“After our visits there,” wrote missionary Laurens Laureti, “they realized that they have no understanding of how to live in peace with God and are concerned about their future after death.
