Own and develop relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts, working with them to optimize and enhance workflows and information integration.   Help design, document and maintain system processes as part of the enterprise architecture models.  Define configuration specifications and business analyis requirements.  Work in collaboration with departmental SME’s to identify, consolidate or eliminate supplementary data sources (i.e. excel, file folders of docs…) currently required by HQ staff to complete job tasks.  Other duties as assigned.
