Communicates all pertinent matters to The Homes Committee.  Provides direction to The Homes staff and has responsibility for overseeing facility operations.  Responsible for financial operation of the facility by assisting in the development, implementation and administration of the annual budget as well as analysis of financial reports and overseeing business operations.  Effectively and diplomatically works with residents, staff, community groups, government agencies.  Responsible to maintain a current understanding of federal and state laws related to Elder care and the operation of the Assisted Living Facility.  Other duties as assigned.
