Director of Ministry Advancement - Ethnos360 Aviation
Location: Ethnos360 Aviation Home Office, McNeal AZ
Purpose: To coordinate efforts to present a unified message of Ethnos360 Aviation’s stated mission and goals as well as our work and needs. To develop and implement strategy to connect with current and potential partners so they can join in advancing our mission and goals. This role involves coordination of departments involved in media, communications, public relations, development, events and promotions. It also includes outreach to potential major partners.

Special Education Therapist
Location: Missionary Children's School
Purpose: You can be a part of expanding the reach of the gospel in Mexico. Provide assistance to missionary families by educating children with excellence in a God-centered way. The purpose of Ethnos360 is to assist the local church to plant mature churches among unreached peoples.
Responsibilities: Give educational therapy, periodic assessments of students.

Doctor
Location: Field Office, Highlands
Purpose: The doctor plays a vital role of the team by coordinating, supervising, and administering the medical care for missionaries locally and in remote locations. The doctor also impacts the local community by caring for the medical needs of many local citizen workers. NTM PNG exists to assist the local church in planting mature churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities:
- Be on call for medical emergencies.
- Be responsible for all medical decisions regarding routine and emergency care.
- In emergencies decide where to obtain the appropriate level of care. Prepare the patient for transfer when required. This includes writing reports and notifying all appropriate individuals.
- Maintain regular clinic hours, as possible, with flexibility to allow for on call hours, medical evacuations, etc.
- Supervise all medical care provided by the medical clinic, including all nursing functions, lab and pharmacy functions.
- Meet with NTM-PNG leadership periodically.
Graphic Designer
Location: Home Office, Durham ON
Purpose: Communicate the needs for reaching tribal people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the rapidly changing world of multi-media.
Responsibilities: Design promotional material for the mission in print and multi-media formats. More specifically:
- Designs art and copy layouts for a broad spectrum of printed and electronic media.
- Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles, and aesthetic design concepts.
- Reviews final layout and suggests improvements as needed.

Purpose: Church Planting among the Badyaranke in Senegal
Responsibilities: Bible teaching, translation and discipleship among the Badyaranke in Senegal.

Representative
Location: City
Purpose: Representation of NTM Paraguay to national churches for the purpose of recruitment and partnership development.
Responsibilities: We need an individual/couple that can dedicate themselves to the representation of NTM and the recruitment of missionaries among Paraguayan churches. There are a growing number of Paraguayan churches that are reaching out and becoming involved in missionary efforts. It is important that they be informed, educated, and given the opportunity of participation and involvement with NTM in Paraguay. This job would involve speaking in churches and conferences, meeting with local pastors and youth groups, the development of Spanish language (and possibly Guarani) materials for representation, and possibly some travel with pastors and/or prospective missionaries to tribal locations for the purpose of exposure and observation.

Church Planter
Location: Village
Purpose: The establishment of a self-functioning, indigenous church that will grow to maturity and reach out with the Gospel.
Responsibilities: Missionaries will begin by being involved in culture and language acquisition. Upon completion of language study missionaries will develop Bible lessons and teach using the Chronological materials. Bible translation may or may not be necessary depending on this tribe's capacity for understanding the existing Guarani Bible. Discipleship of growing believers and training and discipleship of church leaders will also be the church planters responsibility. Responsibilities may also include the development of a literacy program.
