Help here makes a world of difference. You help support Ethnos’ worldwide efforts right here in North America or overseas by allowing career missionaries to fill other roles on the church-planting team.

Volunteer in Ontario

Volunteer at Ethnos Canada’s beautiful campus in Durham, Ontario

Ethnos Canada’s beautiful campus in Durham, Ontario, is home to the home office, as well as the missionary training program. The home office coordinates the activities of Ethnos within Canada and supports Canadian Ethnos missionaries overseas. Ethnos Training equips men and women to join the Ethnos church planting team in Latin America, Northern Canada, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Depending on the skills and availability of a volunteer or group, there are opportunities at the Ethnos Canada campus in Durham, Ontario. Some volunteers come for a few hours a week, some come once or twice a month, and some come on an on-call basis when there are specific jobs that need to be done. There may be computer related jobs that could be done from home.

TYPE OF WORK

General maintenance and construction, landscaping, clerical work or cleaning. There are also some opportunities to volunteer in specialized areas such as graphic design or information technology on a long-term or per-task basis. Please contact us to let us know about your specific skills and interests, as we may be able to find something that fits you.

LOCATION

313363 Hwy 6 S, Durham, Ontario, is one hour north of Guelph on Hwy 6.

FACILITIES

Guest apartments and an RV site with hook-ups for those coming for a short time and do not live in the area.

Volunteer in Florida

The Homes of Ethnos360 exists to provide attractive, affordable, efficient, and economical housing for retired eligible missionaries of Ethnos360 and their global partners.  This facility and its staff endeavor to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Use your skills on the team as we are involved in administration, flight training and aircraft maintenance training along with the maintenance of our facility.

We desire to match people having specific skills with corresponding projects, yet ask that all volunteers are willing to be flexible.

LOCATION

Sanford, Florida, is just north of the most popular family vacation spot in the USA, Orlando.

FACILITIES

The Homes of Ethnos360 does not provide housing for volunteers, but those with Recreation Vehicles can schedule to stay in our RV park for free, with full hookups, and a clubhouse with restrooms, showers, laundry, and a large area for “pot lucks”, games and breaks.

ATTRACTIONS

Walt Disney World and Universal Studios headline a variety of local attractions. One hour north by freeway is the world’s most famous beach, Daytona Beach, and two hours in the other direction takes you to Tampa and St. Petersburg on the Gulf Coast.

Volunteer in Arizona

Ethnos360 Aviation has a facility in McNeal, Arizona, that serves as the international headquarters for Ethnos360 Aviation worldwide. Teamwork and commitment are highly valued as we serve personnel with our global fleet.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

LOCATION

20 miles north of the Mexican border, about two hours southeast of Tucson in the Sulphur Springs valley.

FACILITIES

Houses and mobile homes, offices, maintenance facilities and aircraft hangers, 20 RV hookups with full service and laundry facilities.

ATTRACTIONS

Tombstone and the O.K. Corral are about 30 miles away. Some 35 miles away are Bisbee and the Copper Queen mine. The former home of the Apaches and their chiefs such as Geronimo and Cochise — the Chiricahua National Monument, featuring the Wonderland of Rocks — is approximately 60 miles away.
