Representative
Location: City
Purpose: Representation of NTM Paraguay to national churches for the purpose of recruitment and partnership development.
Responsibilities: We need an individual/couple that can dedicate themselves to the representation of NTM and the recruitment of missionaries among Paraguayan churches. There are a growing number of Paraguayan churches that are reaching out and becoming involved in missionary efforts. It is important that they be informed, educated, and given the opportunity of participation and involvement with NTM in Paraguay. This job would involve speaking in churches and conferences, meeting with local pastors and youth groups, the development of Spanish language (and possibly Guarani) materials for representation, and possibly some travel with pastors and/or prospective missionaries to tribal locations for the purpose of exposure and observation.

Purpose: The establishment of a self-functioning, indigenous church that will grow to maturity and reach out with the Gospel.
Responsibilities: Missionaries will begin by being involved in culture and language acquisition. Upon completion of language study missionaries will develop Bible lessons and teach using the Chronological materials. Bible translation may or may not be necessary depending on this tribe's capacity for understanding the existing Guarani Bible. Discipleship of growing believers and training and discipleship of church leaders will also be the church planters responsibility. Responsibilities may also include the development of a literacy program.

Early Elementary Teacher
Location: Missionary Children's School
Purpose: You can reach beyond your world and be a part of the tribal church planting team by teaching elementary students. The purpose of Ethnos360 is to assist the local church to plant mature churches among unreached peoples.
Responsibilities: Teach grades 1-2 in a combination class for all core subjects for a minimum commitment of one year.

Missionary Trainer
Location: Missionary Training Center, North Cotes
Purpose: A married couple with church planting experience in a tribal situation (up to, and ideally beyond the Phase One stage), are urgently needed for work in the European Bible and Missionary Training Centre in North Cotes, UK.<br />We are looking for a husband and wife team who would both be able to fit into varied roles in our European training centre. Responsibilities, detailed below, would be on the Missions course, known as the Cross-Cultural Communications, (CCC) course. Both roles will combine teaching, mentoring and administrative jobs, although the wife would be more in an administrative position and less involved in teaching.
Responsibilities: Husband:
1. Teaching various modules in the CCC course, particularly Church Planting modules and related topics
2. Some CCC administration
3. Mission Simulation (Jungle Camp) set up
4. Mission course Mentoring of individual students
Wife:
1. Administrative duties which will include handling CCC student evaluations and diplomas, correspondence to home churches, minutes for CCC, entering students' data on the mission database and other miscellaneous correspondence and office duties.
2. Possibly teaching some short modules on the CCC course

Purpose: To help prepare a Paraguayan church establish a self-functioning church that will grow to maturity and expand the reach of the Gospel.
Responsibilities: Begin by becoming involved in culture and Spanish language acquisition in the area of a local Paraguayan church interior. Upon completion begin language and culture acquisition with the local church team in the tribal language. Develop Bible lessons and teach chronological Bible lessons as part of the team. Develop a literacy program.
