It’s such a blessing to have a deep confidence that we know the will of God. We don’t have to question God’s desire for our lives. He told us clearly in His Word,
“…go and make disciples of all nations.” (Matthew 28:19)
Both Greg and Bethany were raised in Christian homes in southwestern Ontario, and both believed the gospel. They married in 2009 and started a family, desiring that each of their children would rest fully on the finished work of Christ as well.
Yet, they both had an incomplete understanding of what God was accomplishing on earth, and where they fit into His plan. They were very naïve about how many people had no access to the gospel, so when they found out, they couldn’t ignore the need. In 2020 they moved with their children to Wisconsin to be equipped for a cross-cultural church planting ministry at Ethnos360 Bible Institute.
Having completed their training in Durham, Ontario, they will be leaving for Mexico in January 2024 to begin learning Spanish. Their goal is to reach an unreached indigenous group in Southern Mexico with the gospel. Together as a family they want to live among the people and show them the love of Christ. They want to learn the tribal language to be able to teach the people God’s Word using the language they understand best. Ultimately, their goal to help see a thriving church established among an unreached people group in Mexico that is equipped and able to go out and help fulfill the Great Commission.
