Childcare Lead Teacher, Ethnos360 Training Center
Salary: None – Financial support raising required
Purpose: 1. Provide stability, consistency, structured program and healthy environment 2. To engage & encourage kids, parents and co-workers 3. Set the tone and standard for the room, be the main connection between parents and the childcare program
Responsibilities:
1. Care for the children, and partner with parents: each child should feel secure, loved
2. Lead in the daily routines and plan age-appropriate activities
3. Assist with care of the facilities

AA Degree in Early Childhood Education or 1 year experience in Childcare is required. Must be joyfully willing to work with children and pass a background check. The educational requirement and experience listed above are only for candidates who are applying for associate membership with Ethnos360.
