The Human Resources Director will function in a way that encourages Christian faith and living among the students and staff of Dakar Academy. The Human Resources Director will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations’ mission and talent strategy. The HR Director will also oversee staff operations, business planning and budget development of HR programs.
