1. Weekly training team meetings with students.
2. Required monthly mentor meetings.
3. Team member weekly planning meetings with their other team mentors.
4. Informal time with students in your group.

Ability to empathize with the purpose of moving forward in their relationship with Christ. 6. Ability to help students connect present situations to their future ministry context. 7.
