IT Security and Compliance Officer
Purpose: The IT Security and Compliance Officer is the IT cyber/IT security and compliance subject matter expert (SME) and works in partnership with the IT Infrastructure Director and the Ethnos360 IT Leadership Team in responding to security and compliance related issues and inquiries. This job’s role is to ensure the secure operation of in-house and cloud computer systems, servers, and network connections in accordance with Ethnos360 IT internal processes, procedures, and compliance requirements. Ethnos360 exists to assist the local church in planting mature churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities:
- Works to establish and enforce organizational standards related to the organization’s security and compliance of IT resources
- Researches and drafts security policies and guidelines and brings them to the ITLT for approval
- Communicates approved policies and guidelines to Ethnos360 departments and centers to make them aware of all security and compliance requirements
- Works closely with IT staff on specific projects and tasks that relate to security and compliance
- Stays up to date with IT security and compliance best practices by attending classes, reading publications, joining professional peer groups, etc.
- Participates in training and staff development activities
- Performs internal reviews to ensure that all current and new/updated policies and procedures adhere to best practices related to security and compliance
- Performs or works with third party audit groups to produce risk and technical vulnerability assessments, data classification, attack and penetration analysis, policy compliance and communication with internal teams
- Completes annual security insurance questionaries and submits the answers to the ITLT
- Actively participates in daily coordination and remediation of elevated security incidents in the organization
- Leads coordination and remediation of major security incidents
- Participates in the assessment of the security of new applications and programs prior to installation, upgrade, or widespread use within the organization
- Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Participates in team meetings as required
- Participates in IT Leadership Team meetings as invited

Public Relations
Purpose: To glorify God and assist in establishing churches in PNG that are equipped for maturity and multiplication by effectively communicating NTM PNG’s purpose, vision, and values to the public and by communicating how people can be engaged in that work
Responsibilities:
· Evaluate the current trends within communications and social media that could benefit the furthering of NTM-PNG’s goals.
· Develop and coordinate NTM-PNG’s communications schedule to meet its goals. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of NTM-PNG current communications schedule, channels, and efforts. Make adjustments accordingly.
· Proactive awareness of the goings-on within NTM-PNG in order to represent them.
· Establish relationships with appropriate audiences in order to better achieve the goals of the Communications Team and to better connect with the needs of the audience.
· Gather and develop stories/data/media
· Act as spokesperson for NTM PNG as needed.
Graphic Designer
Purpose: To glorify God and assist in establishing churches in PNG that are equipped for maturity and multiplication by effectively communicating NTM PNG's purpose, vision, and values using graphic design skills that inspire, inform and captivate.
Responsibilities: Create and distribute relevant reports and media to various audiences with a view toward increasing awareness and engagement with NTM-PNG.

Carpenter/Builder
Location: Missionary Training Center, Missouri

Responsibilities:
- Assist with remodels of current housing/offices as needed (layout, framing, siding. Roofing, trim, drywall, acoustic ceilings)
- Assist with new construction projects (both residential and commercial)
- Concrete work- forming, pouring, finishing.
- Assist with maintenance work requests when assigned
- Oversee work detail students when assigned. Occasionally training in carpentry and building skills
- Assist department with after-hours facility emergencies as needed.

- Work with grounds crew as needed in the following areas-
- Maintain lawns
- Mowing (both riding and push mowers)
- Pick up rocks, toys, trash, etc. for mowing safety
- Trim work (running a weed-eater)
- Round-up weed killer - 3 times yearly,
- Organize snow removal and de-icing (prep work and supplies)

Personal Care, The Homes of Ethnos360
Location: Ethnos360 Retirement Homes, Sanford, FL
Purpose: The Homes exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, with staff and facility capabilities. The purpose of this position is to provide physical and emotional support and security to ALF residents by supervising or assisting them with their needs. Examples of needs include, but are not limited to, the Activities of Daily Living, the self-administration of medication, observation of well-being and whereabouts, reminders for important tasks and driving to doctor appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional security: Promote feelings of safety and freedom from danger, fear, and anxiety. Listen, show understanding, and respond to any concerns expressed by residents.
- Provide emotional support: Provide assistance to the resident to cope with personal care problems during periods of stress, which will enhance their ability to accept and adjust to changes in their physical capabilities and personal life.
- Monitor the general health of ALF residents: Take note of changes in behavior and physical condition of ALF residents. This will alert you to changes in a residents' health which may warrant modification of services provided. Note observations in residents' health charts as appropriate.
- Communicate: Pass on information to future shifts and inform the Director of Nursing of any health-related concerns for any ALF resident. Inform the Director of Nursing or the Administrator of changes requiring contact of the primary healthcare provider, home health agency, another third-party provider or transfer to a facility able to provide the appropriate services.
- Assist with Medications: Assist residents with self-administered medication in accordance with doctor's orders. Document all medications that have been taken with assistance. (This responsibility is performed only by staff who have had the associated required training.)
- Schedule appointments: Assist with scheduling resident medical and dental appointments. Coordinate these appointments with appointment calendar, vehicle use calendar and driver. Drive residents to appointments as needed.

Required Qualifications (screenings can be accomplished at The Homes): • Current Level 2 background screening (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) • Current screening and doctor's verification of being free of communicable disease (including TB) and agree not to work at the facility while in the transferable stage of any communicable disease that might be contracted in the future. TB screening is renewed annually. • Physically able to assist residents with activities of daily living.
Home School Helper
Purpose: To glorify God and assist in establishing churches in PNG by working to support a NTM PNG homeschool family to educate their school-aged children.
Responsibilities:
Partner with an NTM-PNG homeschooling family serving in a tribal location to help educate their school-aged students, helping to facilitate transitioning, and academic growth of the students they teach. The Tribe-Based Homeschool Helper is a primary resource to the parents to help them carry out the education of their children on the mission field.
Duration: Preferred for a full school year, but shorter options could also be beneficial to a family.

Business Manager
Purpose: The purpose of NTM PNG is to plant tribal churches. To that end, NTM PNG must provide a quality Christ-centered support structure to enable this purpose. NTM PNG support missionaries are an essential part of the team that serves tribal church planting families.
Responsibilities: To serve as the Business Manager at the NTM PNG main office.
