HVA/C TECHNICIAN, THE HOMES OF ETHNOS360
Location: Ethnos360 Retirement Homes, Sanford, FL
Purpose: The purpose of this position is to maintain and repair the Air conditioning on facilities of The Homes of Ethnos360. The Homes exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, with staff and facility capabilities.
Responsibilities: Understand AC theory well enough to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AC units on Ethnos360 property. Supervise volunteer workers. As needed, assist in concrete work, preparation for severe weather, setting up for events, and helping residents with small personal projects. Other duties as assigned.

MECHANIC, THE HOMES OF ETHNOS360
Location: Homes of Ethnos360 Staff
Purpose: The purpose of this position is to maintain The Homes vehicles and other mechanical equipment. The Homes exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, with staff and facility capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Maintain The Homes ministry vehicles and mechanical equipment. Assist with the operation of the above-mentioned equipment as schedule allows. Maintain The Homes air conditioning systems. Organize the garage. Maintain the tools, stock of supplies, and maintenance records. Other duties as assigned.

Groundskeeper
Location: Missionary Training Center, Missouri

Responsibilities:
- Work with grounds crew as needed in the following areas-
- Maintain lawns
- Mowing (both riding and push mowers)
- Pick up rocks, toys, trash, etc. for mowing safety
- Trim work (running a weed-eater)
- Round-up weed killer - 3 times yearly,
- Organize snow removal and de-icing (prep work and supplies)
a) Main sidewalks

- Help with road maintenance:
a) Clean out culverts (4 - 6 times a year)

Responsibilities:
- Assist with remodels of current housing/offices as needed (layout, framing, siding. Roofing, trim, drywall, acoustic ceilings)
- Assist with new construction projects (both residential and commercial)
- Concrete work- forming, pouring, finishing.
- Assist with maintenance work requests when assigned
- Oversee work detail students when assigned. Occasionally training in carpentry and building skills
- Assist department with after-hours facility emergencies as needed.

PLUMBER, THE HOMES OF ETHNOS360
Location: Ethnos360 Retirement Homes, Sanford, FL
Purpose: The purpose of this position is to maintain The Homes plumbing. The Homes exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, with staff and facility capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes. Use hand and power tools for facility maintenance. Perform preventative and/or limited maintenance of the above-mentioned tools. Assist in performing plumbing, construction, remodeling, maintenance, and general repairs of buildings. Other duties as assigned.

Electrician
Location: Missionary Training Center
Purpose: In light of the MTC's Purpose Statement, the CTM (Construction / Maintenance Team) contributes to the fulfillment of that purpose by providing--either by maintaining or building new -- sufficient facilities necessary for training, while modeling the training objectives.
Responsibilities: Maintain current electrical systems on campus. Install new electrical systems for new construction projects.

Tech Services
Location: Regional Support Center
Purpose: The purpose of NTM PNG is to assist the local church to plant mature churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities: The NTM PNG Tech Services team exists to support the church planting effort here in PNG by providing research and development, project management, training citizens, and repairs on items that need a higher level of knowledge in order to free up the various teams to focus their time and energy on church development goals.

Heavy Equipment Operator/Mechanic
Location: Missionary Training Center, Missouri
Purpose: In light of the MTC's Purpose Statement, the CMT (Construction / Maintenance Team) contributes to the fulfillment of that purpose by providing--either by maintaining or building new--sufficient facilities necessary for training, while modeling the training objectives.
Responsibilities: 1. Operate heavy equipment as needed - Excavator, backhoe, lull forklift, tractor, rock saw, skid steer, dump truck, hi reach, bull dozer, track hoe, compactor, and hay baler.
2. Maintain and repair heavy equipment as needed and keep log of scheduled maintenance and repairs.
3. Guide in buying and selling heavy equipment.
4. Train and approve other for safe operation of certain equipment above and keep displayed updated chart of qualified operators.
5. Demonstrate and follow all safety procedures.
6.Assist with after hour emergencies.

Purpose: The purpose of this position is to meet The Homes electrical needs. The Homes exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, with staff and facility capabilities.

Assess, oversee, and perform electrical, structural, and mechanical maintenance and construction. General maintenance duties may include roofing, siding, painting, concrete work and plumbing. Other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Personnel
Location: Ethnos360 Bible Institute, Waukesha, WI
Purpose: To carry out maintenance, renovation, and upkeep of the EBI main building. A well-functioning, safe living environment will significantly contribute to life at EBI as it fulfills its purpose of training believers in the Word of God, which will also directly impact the ministries of Ethnos360 around the world.
Responsibilities:
1. Performs routine and preventative maintenance and minor repairs to the EBI main building and related facilities.
2. Ensures fire protection equipment is properly maintained and up to date in collaboration with the SMT.
3. Conducts routine, non-licensed inspections of facilities including restrooms, dorms, common areas, apartments, etc.
4. Advises the Building Foreman of required major repairs or replacements.
5. Ensures the safety and protection of buildings including ensuring that doorways are not blocked and that buildings and facilities are locked when not in use.
6. Assists with snow removal when needed.

Construction and Maintenance
Purpose: The Purpose of Ethnos360 Bible Institute located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, is to establish missionary candidates in the foundational truths of the Bible with an emphasis on church planting among people groups without the Gospel.
Responsibilities: To provide quality technical expertise for Ethnos360 Bible Institute students, faculty, and staff in the areas of construction, plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, and general maintenance work. You will work alongside a team consisting of 4-6 individuals- including students and volunteers.

HVAC TECHNICIAN
Location: Missionary Training Center, Missouri
Purpose: To provide for the maintenance of the air condition requirements of the MTC facilities necessary to equip Christ-like servants of the church who assist in evangelizing and establishing mature New Testament churches among unreached people groups in various complex contexts.
Responsibilities: Maintain air conditioning systems thru out campus. Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning issues as needed. Install required air conditioning for remodels and new installations for both residential and commercial applications. Keep current on air conditioning building code requirements.
