Staff Writer/Editor - Ethnos360 Home Office
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: To communicate both the purpose and the mission of Ethnos360 and to express what God is doing around the world in missions through writing.
Responsibilities:
1. Research and write for the Ethnos360 magazine and other venues as assigned by the managing editor.
2. Acquire photos for stories.
3. Write in a manner consistent with the tone and approach in use by Communications.
4. Edit copy and participate in collaborative editing processes.
5. Proofread products.

1. Must have a good grasp of the English language, spelling and grammar rules, as well as have a willingness to learn and follow both the Associated Press Stylebook (AP) and the Ethnos360 Style Manual. 2. Must be able to write compelling stories. 3. Must be a team player. 4. No degree or training is necessary. However, a degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field may be beneficial. Continuing education in related fields is a plus. 5. Experience in writing or editing in a professional capacity is a plus.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE, The Homes of Ethnos360
Location: Ethnos360 Retirement Homes, Sanford, FL
Purpose: The purpose of this position is to maintain the facilities of The Homes of Ethnos360. The Homes exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, with staff and facility capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Use hand tools and power equipment for facility maintenance. Perform limited preventative maintenance of the above-mentioned tools. Assist in performing construction, remodeling, and maintenance. Make general repairs of Homes facilities. Supervise teen and/or volunteer workers. As needed, assist in concrete work, preparation for severe weather, setting up for events, and helping residents with small personal projects. Other duties as assigned.

IT System Administrator
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: This role is responsible for participating in the maintenance and support of all Ethnos360 on-premises systems and infrastructure. Ethnos360 exists to assist the local church in planting mature churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities: This role includes the management and maintenance of primary and secondary datacenters and works to handle issues from both the end users and from internal IT requests. This position reports to the Director of IT Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify any problems in the system, anticipate potential issues and repair systems and software when necessary
- As an escalation point for other teams, resolve issues, fulfill requests that come in through the helpdesk ticketing system
- Monitors and ensures that systems are running optimally
- Setting up new users and giving them access to the intranet
- Managing and maintaining the file servers
- Operating the firewall for the organization
- Monitoring the internet connection for security risks
- Employing the latest security protocols
- Monitoring the local area network (LAN) for threats or errors

Preferred having a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related Information Technology field. Experience with Windows Server administration and support. Strong skills in switching and routing, VLAN configuration, firewall configuration. Experience with Office 365 administration and support, VMware, Antivirus software, Backup software, remote management tools and desktop operating systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external individuals. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instruction given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Enterprise Application Developer
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: This role provides for the development and support of Ethnos360 enterprise systems. This role serves to develop solutions that the organization needs either through applications/services that Ethnos360 has provided by vendors or through homegrown solution development. Ethnos360 exists to assist the local church in planting mature churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities:
- Provides maintenance and support of current and future enterprise software applications
- Performs or works with software vendors to install upgrades, new versions, or new features to enterprise software applications
- Works with departments to analyze needs, and then strategically plan for enhancements, upgrades, replacements, purchases, and/or additional tools to improve the service that the IT Applications team provides
- Leverages a software development lifecycle approach for software projects by planning, managing and executing projects using project management best practices
- Works with departments to ensure continued and expanded use of the enterprise software applications, including implementation and coordination of training
- Implements new tools and writes new routines to assist the IT Applications team with monitoring and troubleshooting applications and data issues.
- Monitors event logs, audit tools, system messages and alerts to correctly respond and correct problems or issues
- Manages setup, configuration, and overall operation of enterprise software applications
- Defines and assists in the development of reports needed for users of the enterprise software applications
- Tests all implemented updated and corrections, and assists in the testing of the total program, documenting, in standardized terminology, all procedures used
- Develops integrations between software applications to allow for the synchronization of data to allow business processes of the organization to function appropriately
- Monitors, completes and closes assigned helpdesk tickets
- Leverages technical, business, and financial acumen to interact and communicate effectively with a variety of groups and individuals including IT, Personnel, Advancement, Finance, department heads, software vendors, etc.

Enterprise Applications Administrator
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: This role is responsible for working with both business users and with the IT department to define system requirements, configure, and provide continuing support of Ethnos360 enterprise applications. Ethnos360 exists to assist the local church in planting mature churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities:
It is the responsibility of the individual in this role to provide services outlined in this job description. This role reports to the Director of Information Systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Services as a system administrator for one or more application environments leveraged by distributed users.
- Overseas administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of features and functionality, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.
- Works to provide for automations of tasks within the applications.
- Manages projects for the enterprise applications between the end-user team and the IT team.
- Responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of installed enterprise applications.
- Monitors and maintains performance metrics for system features, recommends, and takes corrective/preventive actions
- Performs configuration, change management and testing activities as required.
- Consults users on technology changes that will impact work processes.
- Responsibility to define ongoing user requirements for enterprise applications.
- Establish, document and manage security access, profiles, licenses and procedures for enterprise software applications. Create and assign new users to required security groups and provide/setup additional security permissions and groups as needed. Disable and remove security access and groups for individuals who should no longer access specific information in the software applications.

SQL Database Engineer
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: This role provides for the maintenance and ongoing development of Ethnos360's Enterprise database structures. Ethnos360 exists to assist the local church in planting churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities:
The Database Engineer role is responsible for implementing both data extraction procedures from source systems as well as physical data structures within the information systems team environment. The Database Engineer role is responsible for implementing Business Intelligence data structures to support the organization’s BI efforts. The individual serving in this role works closely with other Information System and IT Operations staff and reports to the Director of Information Systems or designee.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements data solutions to include prototyping proof of concepts.
- Implements agreed upon standards and test plans, writing, testing, and debugging modularized code, and implementing a solution that follows efficient design techniques.
- Creates requested queries on data sets.
- Creates stored procedures, functions and triggers as needed.
- Creates OLTP/relational tables and views for transaction-oriented applications.
- Loads and maintains fact tables as needed.
- Loads and maintains aggregate tables as needed.
- Loads and maintains dimension tables as needed.
- Develops Views/Data Marts for information to be made available to external applications that request it.
- Implements security rules/standards.
- Responsible to work with the Enterprise Application Data Architect to ensure that database design meets the needs of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or other information Technology related field of study, plus 1-3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education training and/or experience. Experience with major enterprise database programs such as Microsoft SQL Server is essential. Experience with ETL tools such as Microsoft SSIS or Power Automate is preferred. Experience with database system applications, stored procedures and data warehousing concepts is preferred.

Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Ethnos360 Bible Institute, Waukesha, WI
Purpose: The Accounts Receivable Clerk provides financial, administrative, and clerical services that help ensure that EBI finances are accurate and up to date, thereby contributing to the proper function of EBI in its purpose of training believers in the Word of God.
Responsibilities: Processes charges and transfers related to staff, student, intern and employee accounts, makes transfers from GL accounts, and ensures that accurate statements are generated for receivables accounts, in compliance with Ethnos360 policy. Communicates with both the Finance Director and the Student Life department regarding student accounts, creating reports as necessary to track students' progress on their school bills. There are additional duties as assigned.

Videographer/Audio-Video Editor - Ethnos360 Home Office
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: Communicate both the purpose and mission of Ethnos360 and what God is doing around the world in missions through the video.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with a collaborative team to create videos promoting the vision and purpose of Ethnos360. This would be the whole package deal, including concept of video, storyboarding, getting footage, editing and adding closed captioning, graphics and special effects.
2. Edit former videos to bring them up to our current brand standards.

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to videography, communications or marketing may be beneficial but is not required. • Experience in shooting and editing video and audio • Experience in writing, including scriptwriting, would be a plus. • Ability to set up and tear down cameras, audio recorders, lighting stands and microphones would be a plus. • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically for editing software) or an aptitude to learn. • Ability to work as a team player.
Social Media Specialist - Ethnos360 Home Office
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: Communicate the purpose and mission of Ethnos360 and what God is doing around the world in missions through the venue of social media.
Responsibilities: Work closely with the editorial team to adapt existing content and to create new original content for the benefit of our communities. Work with the Social Media Manager on responding to questions, comments and feedback in our social communities and follow-up accordingly. Follow #Ethnos360 on social media, as well as many of our members who are involved on social media. There is a wealth of repost-able posts.

Administrative Assistant
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: To promote the purpose, vision, and values of Ethnos360 in order to see a thriving church for every people group through providing administrative support to the Director of Communications primarily, but as needed and directed, also to others on the Advancement Team.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Communications. Responsible to place orders, submit expense reports and review monthly statements. Handle correspondence for the Director of Communications as requested. Other duties as assigned.

Graphic Designer - Ethnos360 Home Office
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: Design compelling and purposeful products and graphics, primarily in print, but also for the web, email and social media that promote the purpose and mission of Ethnos360, as well as what God is doing around the world in missions.
Responsibilities: Working within the look of the current campaign and the overall Ethnos360 design standards, design and prepare for print products (brochures, flyers, booklets and magazine), web pages and social media posts. The process includes but is not limited to:
- Meeting with the graphic design manager, managing editor and/or customers to discuss the intent and content for the product.
- Selecting photos, fonts and other graphical elements.
- Determining how to use and how to treat those elements, including cropping, color correction, type size and style, and illustration styles.
- Designing products using Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
