Possible delay in receiving your gift
It can take up to 10 days for Ethnos Canada to receive gifts given through the website, as there is a 'pending' period for credit cards. Only after your gift is received at our bank do we credit donations to the designated ministry. It is possible that an online donation made near the end of the month will not be credited to the designated ministry until the following month.

Lauren and Mike Shaiebly grew up in the small town of Washington Boro, Pennsylvania. We married in 2010 and were well down the path of career farming. We welcomed our first two daughters, Eleanor and Lydia, into our lives while living in PA.  The Lord lay the burden of taking the Gospel where it isn’t on our hearts in 2014 after attending Wayumi with our youth group kids. In the fall of 2015, we packed up our family of four to pursue a two-year bible education at Ethnos360 Bible Institute (Jackson, MI) where we had our third child, Gabriel who joined in on the adventure.  While there we were again challenged with the need to take the Gospel where it isn’t yet.  Upon graduation from Bible school we attended missions training in Durham, Ontario at the training centre. This training gave us further cross-cultural education and skills needed to plant a thriving church in another culture. Our hopes are to serve the Lord in a church planting setting in Papua New Guinea.
