    Most Inuit in Canada’s Far North have yet to hear a clear presentation of the gospel and many remote communities still have no thriving church. They are a people without hope. One example is “T”. While on a hunting trip with Rob last winter, this young man fled in terror from shadow figures in the night, believing they were spirits of his ancestors. Ethnos Canada is moving forward with our plan to plant thriving churches in remote Inuit communities: 1. Strategic Placement of Missionaries 2. Learn the Culture and Language 3. Present the Light of the Gospel

      Ethnos Canada is moving forward with our plan to plant thriving churches in remote Inuit communities:

      1. Strategic Placement of Missionaries
      2. Learn the Culture and Language
      3. Present the Light of the Gospel

      The next step is a multi-location Ministry Opportunity Assessment (also known as a people group assessment). The completion of this survey and assessment will indicate how many missionaries are needed and what are the most favourable locations for the placement of those missionaries. This will allow these missionaries to engage the Inuit with the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ.

      How You’ll Be Helping

      Ministry Opportunity Assessments are necessary for the strategic placement of missionaries. $115,500 will allow for the assessment of nine villages in Arctic Canada. Following the assessments, strategic allocation of missionaries can be determined. The missionaries can then begin the process of culture and language acquisition, leading to a presentation of Truth in those locations.
