Staff Writer/Editor - Ethnos360 Home Office
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: To communicate both the purpose and the mission of Ethnos360 and to express what God is doing around the world in missions through writing.
Responsibilities:
1. Research and write for the Ethnos360 magazine and other venues as assigned by the managing editor.
2. Acquire photos for stories.
3. Write in a manner consistent with the tone and approach in use by Communications.
4. Edit copy and participate in collaborative editing processes.
5. Proofread products.

Must have a good grasp of the English language, spelling and grammar rules, as well as have a willingness to learn and follow both the Associated Press Stylebook (AP) and the Ethnos360 Style Manual. 2. Must be able to write compelling stories. 3. Must be a team player. 4. No degree or training is necessary. However, a degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field may be beneficial. Continuing education in related fields is a plus. 5. Experience in writing or editing in a professional capacity is a plus.
GROUNDS TEAM SUPERVISOR, The Homes of Ethnos360
Location: Ethnos360 Retirement Homes, Sanford, FL
Purpose: The purpose of this position is to maintain The Homes grounds and oversee the crew assigned to those responsibilities. The Homes exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, with staff and facility capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Facility Operations and the grounds team in maintaining The Homes grounds and related equipment by overseeing and coordinating the grounds maintenance team, organizing and implementing tasks to maintain the grounds at appropriate levels, communicating needs to Homes Leadership Team and grounds team, and following up with the team on work performance and task completion.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE, The Homes of Ethnos360
Location: Ethnos360 Retirement Homes, Sanford, FL
Purpose: The purpose of this position is to maintain the facilities of The Homes of Ethnos360. The Homes exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, with staff and facility capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Use hand tools and power equipment for facility maintenance. Perform limited preventative maintenance of the above-mentioned tools. Assist in performing construction, remodeling, and maintenance. Make general repairs of Homes facilities. Supervise teen and/or volunteer workers. As needed, assist in concrete work, preparation for severe weather, setting up for events, and helping residents with small personal projects. Other duties as assigned.

Accountant Assistant

Purpose: Assist Accountant team with the oversight of Ethnos360 accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Review Accounting System for errors.
- Assist with reports for Auditors.
- Assist with recording fixed assets.
- Research financial reports and create charts for executive board.
- Assist with reviewing and writing procedure documents.
Finance Office Administrative Assistant
Location: Home Office, Sanford, FL
Purpose: To provide administrative support to the Finance office manager primarily, but as needed and directed, also to other on the finance office team.
Responsibilities:

- Responsibilities also include overseeing Workers Comp Compliance, Parsonage allowance, State and Federal Tax regulation, Monthly Payroll, Member benefits, Ministry Support Levels.

Purpose: The purpose of this position is to oversee and coordinate the building construction and maintenance of The Homes of Ethnos360. The Homes exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents with staff and facility capabilities.
Responsibilities: Liaison between The Homes of Ethnos360 and the State of Florida, Seminole County, the City of Sanford, architects, engineers, Ethnos360 maintenance team and sub-contractors. Coordinate the ordering, purchase, pick-up and delivery of parts, materials, and supplies. Oversee the staff and volunteers and coordinate their work schedules.
