School Administrator
Location: International School
Purpose: The purpose of Hillcrest International School is to enable sponsoring members and other evangelical, expatriate mission organizations to serve effectively by providing quality Christian education for their children. The purpose of Ethnos360 is to assist the local church in planting churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities: To oversee the administrative needs of Hillcrest International School.
Elementary Music Teacher
Location: International School
Purpose: The purpose of Hillcrest International School is to enable sponsoring members and other Evangelical, expatriate mission organizations to serve effectively by providing quality Christian education for their children. The purpose of Ethnos360 is to assist the local church in planting churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities: To teach music to the students at Hillcrest International School.

Elementary Teachers
Location: International School

Missionary Avionics Technician
Purpose: Facilitate the church planting work of Ethnos360 missionaries and indigenous churches in some of our most remote locations.
Responsibilities: Our avionics specialists maintain Kodiaks and Robinson R66s serving the church planting ministries of Ethnos360 and its affiliates. They ensure that the aircraft are in compliance with Ethnos360 Aviation and local country standards.
Missionary Airplane Pilot
Purpose: Facilitate the church planting work of Ethnos360 missionaries and indigenous churches in some of our most remote locations.
Responsibilities:
Our airplane pilots fly Kodiaks to support church planting teams. Meeting transportation needs includes flying medevacs; bringing supplies, equipment, medicine, food, mail, etc.; and encouraging church planters in their ministry.
Requirements

Commercial Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating, 300 hours PIC, flight instructor rating recommended. The curriculum at Ethnos360 Aviation in McNeal, AZ, will provide advanced STOL training on short runways in mountain environments using fixed-wing aircraft, as well as type-specific training in a Kodiak simulator.
Missionary Helicopter Pilot
Purpose: Facilitate the church planting work of Ethnos360 missionaries and indigenous churches in some of our most remote locations.
Responsibilities: Our helicopter pilots fly Robinson R66s to support church planting teams. Meeting transportation needs includes flying medevacs; bringing supplies, equipment, medicine, food, mail, etc.; and encouraging church planters in their ministry.

Commercial Helicopter Pilot Certificate, 500 hours PIC in helicopters, flight instructor rating recommended. The curriculum at Ethnos360 Aviation in McNeal, AZ, will provide advanced sling-load and gross-weight training on varying terrain and at high elevation.

Missionary Aircraft Maintenance Specialist or AME
Purpose: Facilitate the church planting work of Ethnos360 missionaries and indigenous churches in some of our most remote locations.
Responsibilities:
Our maintenance specialists maintain Kodiaks and Robinson R66s serving the church planting ministries of Ethnos360 and its affiliates. They ensure that the aircraft are in compliance with Ethnos360 Aviation and local country standards.

Aircraft mechanic certificate (A&P, AME or ICAO equivalent). A minimum of two years of general aviation maintenance experience is required, with an IA preferred. The curriculum at Ethnos360 Aviation in McNeal, AZ, will provide further specific R66 helicopter and Kodiak maintenance training.
REGISTERED NURSE, THE HOMES OF ETHNOS360
Location: Ethnos360 Retirement Homes, Sanford, FL
Purpose: The Registered Nurse provides services as permitted by law which unlicensed personal care attendants are not permitted to provide. Due to her greater level of training, she provides a higher level of medical expertise and oversight of residents’ general health needs in the ALF than an unlicensed personal care attendant is able to provide.
Responsibilities:
The RN's primary role is that of Personal Care Attendant. Additional responsibilities that the RN license allows include:
- Perform the initial training and updates for ALF staff assisting with medications. Possibly other initial staff training as well.
- Instruct personal care staff “in-services” on topics such as personal hygiene, infection control, geriatric care, medication assistance, etc.
- Oversee the Annual TB screening at NTM Homes to include training nurses, obtaining the script from the doctor and record keeping.
- Administer medications in accordance with a health care provider's order or prescription label and document all occurrences of medication administration.
- Communicate with health care professional staff by phone and/or fax regarding new or revised medication orders. Follow up on medication orders and changes.
- Manage pill organizers to be used only by residents who self-administer medications. Instruct the resident in the proper use of the pill organizer.
- Administer and regulate portable oxygen.
- Assist with routine colostomy care.
- Assist and monitor the application of anti-embolism stockings or hosiery.
- Give prepackaged enemas pursuant to a physician's order.
- Take or supervise the taking of vital signs along with appropriate documentation. Maintain a monthly ALF resident record of weight, blood pressure, and pulse rate.
- Conduct weekly blood pressure clinic for ALF residents, retirees in independent housing and volunteers.
- Administer TB tests and read the results of said tests during annual staff TB screening.
- Fulfill Continuing Education Units as required by law to maintain your professional active RN license.
- Assist the Administrator in evaluating continued residency criteria. Decisions about changes, actions or inaction in resident healthcare should be made in conjunction with the other nursing staff. We like to use the “team” approach in decision making, valuing each member’s input.

Valid Florida driver's License. Ability to work in a team and be a self-starter. A growing relationship with Christ. Required Qualifications (screenings can be accomplished at The Homes of Ethnos360): Current Level2 background screening (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) Current screening and doctor's verification of being free of communicable disease (including tb) and agree not to work at the facility while in the transferable stage of any communicable disease that might be contracted in the future. TB screening is renewed annually. Current RN license in the state of Florida. Physically assist residents with activities of daily living.
Missionary Training Staff, Teacher
Location: Durham, Ontario
Purpose: For the training of missionaries to work within Global Partners.
Responsibilities: Teach Church planting classes. Husband and wife work together in discipleship. Work alongside the rest of the training team.

Must have Global Partners training. Be a couple that enjoys working with people. Need to be hospitable. Wife should be able to carry a complimentary ministry in a training center. Must be able to teach and communicate well.
Elementary Teacher
Location: Durham, Ontario
Purpose: To support the efforts of Ethnos Canada by providing quality education from a Christian perspective, for the children of Ethnos personnel and children of students in the Emanate training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the pupils under your care with appropriate instruction and positive learning experiences during the school day.
- Make adequate preparation for each day’s work, and teach, giving undivided attention to your duties during school hours.
- Maintain proper order and discipline among the pupils under your care and assist in promoting the welfare and well-being of the pupils, fostering their social and moral development. Report any problems to the principal.
- Keep classroom clean and orderly.
- Attend teacher/staff meetings.
- Keep record of daily attendance of pupils.
- Report discipline issues on an “Incident Report” and hand in to the principal.
- Report Injuries on the “Injury Report” and hand in to the principal.
- Remain in communication with the parents of your pupils.
