However, a degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field may be beneficial. Continuing education in related fields is a plus. 5. Experience in writing or editing in a professional capacity is a plus.

Location: Ethnos360 Retirement Homes, Sanford, FL

Purpose: The purpose of this position is to maintain the facilities of The Homes of Ethnos360. The Homes exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, with staff and facility capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Use hand tools and power equipment for facility maintenance. Perform limited preventative maintenance of the above-mentioned tools. Assist in performing construction, remodeling, and maintenance. Make general repairs of Homes facilities. Supervise teen and/or volunteer workers. As needed, assist in concrete work, preparation for severe weather, setting up for events, and helping residents with small personal projects. Other duties as assigned.
