Arctic Canada Ministry Opportunity Assessment
There is a great need for clear gospel teaching and discipleship of the Inuit in Arctic Canada. Working in the Arctic is very costly, and taking the gospel to those living in this area requires strategic research and planning. Before missionaries can be sent into the area, a multi-location Ministry Opportunity Assessment (also known as a people group assessment) must be completed. The completion of this survey and assessment will indicate how many missionaries are needed and what are the most favourable locations for the placement of those missionaries in the Arctic region of Canada, allowing them to engage the Inuit with the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ. This type of assessment will ensure better placement of the missionaries, resulting in longevity and productivity of their ministries.
